    These Terms of Use govern your receipt of SMS notifications from the Cookie Commentary Service (the "Service"), operated by Tucker Higgins. By receiving messages from the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

    1. Nature of the Service The Cookie Commentary Service is a private, household-only automated notification system. It monitors a Litter-Robot 4 device and delivers AI-generated SMS commentary to a small number of pre-authorized recipients when the household cat, Cookie, uses or interacts with the device. The Service is not a commercial product and is not offered to the general public.

    2. Authorized Recipients SMS messages are sent exclusively to phone numbers that have been explicitly authorized by the Service operator. If you are receiving messages and believe you have been included in error, please contact Tucker Higgins at tuckerhiggins5@gmail.com to be removed.

    3. Message Content Messages are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended to be humorous and for personal entertainment only. The content reflects a fictional perspective and should not be interpreted as factual, medical, or veterinary advice. The Service operator makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any message content.

    4. Message Frequency Message frequency varies depending on Cookie's activity. Recipients may receive multiple messages per day or none at all. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

    5. Opting Out To stop receiving messages, contact Tucker Higgins at tuckerhiggins5@gmail.com and your number will be removed from the Service promptly.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Service operator does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages, accuracy of device readings, or continuity of the Service. The Service may be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

    7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tucker Higgins shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to receive the Service, including but not limited to missed notifications, inaccurate device data, or AI-generated content.

    8. Changes to These Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued receipt of messages following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
